I've called this dress the Nolly because Helena Bonham Carter was wearing something very similar in the TV show Nolly. It's an 80s Berketex with power shoulder pads, fitted elasticated waist and pleated skirt. It comes with a tie belt for the waist, ••not the black belt pictured which isn't included••.  Vertical stripes on the bodice in blues, mustard, green and pink then the stripes are horizontal on the pleated skirt . It has a boat slash neckline and long sleeves which fasten with a button at the cuff.
